Distracting this woman isn't illegal, even if you have malice in your heart you can't be arrested for a fully legal action

Here's the problem.
1. The victim jumps of his own volition and his injuries sustained all appear self inflicted.

2. Any possible witness cannot account a single thing other than the odd case of a man dropping coins and a woman picking them up.

3. There are physically no evidence of wrong doing accomplished.

Even if there was an intent to murder, how does one point to the Agent and say "It's your fault he died" but he physically and tangibly did nothing to the victim? One could say distracting his wife's warnings is enough but she could easily be as irresponsible for picking up coins and not paying attention.

If you tamper with something, or plant something, with the intent to kill someone, It's still murder or manslaughter at best. You have performed an action which has gotten someone killed. The banana peal logic is like saying in reality we could just, pour water by a cliff side in the dead of winter, call someone over, let them slip and fall and just get away with it. The intent is there, its a planned act, its a crime.

Intent and an act are all that's needed. Proving intent is going to be a big issue, but it's still murder.

Actually, it isn't legally trespassing without signage to indicate it. If 47 can get there in a disguise, that means there are invited people, and it can only legally be trespassing if they demand he leave the premises.
