Not sure if this is video worthy, but very few people know that if you kill Oliver Winding before talking to Agent Smith in the elusive target Le Chiffre, Agent 47 will have unique dialogue. Glad to see they still account for things like this.

The most legal kill in my honest opinion is martricide of Yates. I mean, you literally uncover a crime and inform the victim about it, it's not your fault she kills her husband over it. It might involve tresspasing, but in vourt you could plea you did a break in to uncover a crime, and court might not sentence you at all.

Wrong, there are two parts to a crime,  reus and mens rea. Actus reus refers to the criminal act itself, while mens rea refers to the mental state or intent behind the act. Both elements must be present for an action to be legally considered a crime.

Actus Reus: This is the physical act or conduct that constitutes the crime. It can be an action, like stealing, or an omission, like failing to provide necessary care. The act must be voluntary and unlawful.

Mens Rea: This refers to the mental state or intent of the person committing the act. It can include intentions like deliberately causing harm, being reckless, or being negligent. Some crimes require a specific level of intent, while others may be based on recklessness

Distracting this woman isn't illegal, even if you have malice in your heart you can't be arrested for a fully legal action
👍 2632025/06/25
@Polomance862
@Polomance862YouTube
Here's the problem.
1. The victim jumps of his own volition and his injuries sustained all appear self inflicted.

2. Any possible witness cannot account a single thing other than the odd case of a man dropping coins and a woman picking them up.

3. There are physically no evidence of wrong doing accomplished.

Even if there was an intent to murder, how does one point to the Agent and say "It's your fault he died" but he physically and tangibly did nothing to the victim? One could say distracting his wife's warnings is enough but she could easily be as irresponsible for picking up coins and not paying attention.

If you tamper with something, or plant something, with the intent to kill someone, It's still murder or manslaughter at best. You have performed an action which has gotten someone killed. The banana peal logic is like saying in reality we could just, pour water by a cliff side in the dead of winter, call someone over, let them slip and fall and just get away with it. The intent is there, its a planned act, its a crime.

@TheOriginalJphyperactually in that case a lawyer might be able to argue that due to your negligent actions which were illegal, the litter is what caused the death so if that can be proven then in a way the person who littered is sort of liable. Like I had a neighbor in my apt building once who was very mad about some other neighbors having a loud party so she poured grease down the stairs. Guess who slipped down the stairs when they came out the next morning. Almost everyone besides the tenants throwing the party smh. Litter which creates unsafe conditions in a public walkway that lead to injury or even death could make that person responsible.

Law student here. I have to disagree. From a legal perspective, it is very reasonable to assume that distracting a guarantor, who is actively in the process of preventing a chain of causality that any reasonable person would anticipate to lead to harm, with the explicit intent of bringing about said harm, is still very much a crime. In this case, more specifically, murder.

Not counting currents and riptides and shit like that which can cause even a good swimmer to end up in trouble. Just talking about like in a pool. It’s almost instinct. You can literally float on your back just by holding most of your breath in your lungs and leaning backwards. Maybe kick your feet a bit occasionally so they don’t sink. Yep, even if you admitted to distracting the wife on purpose because you wanted the man to drown, it's literally the man's own choice to jump into the water. There's no way in hell someone would actually get in trouble for this.

I love that it's implied that the detectives managed to gather enough to suspect you, and then a grand jury indict you

@theradiantdehd3997 nah. Its both the wife's choice to get distracted by a coin and the husband's to jump. The degree of separation is too great to blame it on the person dropping the coin regardless of intent

Actually, it isn't legally trespassing without signage to indicate it. If 47 can get there in a disguise, that means there are invited people, and it can only legally be trespassing if they demand he leave the premises.
